"If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member
is honored, all rejoice together. Now you are the body of
Christ and individually members of it."

All-Church Potlucks
St. Peter's has many potlucks throughout the year where we
share great food and Christian fellowship.
Pastoral Partners
Pastoral partners assist the minister in the task of pastoral
care with church members who are ill, shut-in, or otherwise
unable to attend church. After training partners are assigned up
to 5 families to keep in touch with via phone calls or visits.
United Methodist Men
(UMM)
The UMM offer spiritual and social fellowship for the men of
the church at a monthly breakfast. The UMM is involved in
providing a meal for low income families every other month,
collects food for a local food bank, and sponsors Boy Scout
Troop #618.
United Methodist Women
(UMW)
United Methodist Women (UMW) The UMW is a community of church
women who participate in the global ministries of the church.
The UMW meets throughout the year to make children's quilts for
local shelters and provides a meal for low income families every
other month. In addition the UMW offers financial aid to
organizations which support women and families in crisis.
M&M's (Mature
Methodists)
The M & M's meet on the first Thursday of each month to go to
lunch, take a trip to a place of interest, or just spend time
visiting.
Weddings at St. Peter's
It is the desire of St. Peter's UMC to assist you in planning
your wedding so that it will be a memorable and blessed event.
To this end we have prepared a booklet, available from the
church office, which answers any question in regard to fees,
music, flowers, photographs and receptions. The pastor
officiates at all ceremonies and our wedding coordinator is
required to oversee all weddings. The sanctuary seats about 225
people. We also have a small outdoor garden with arbor for small
weddings.
Anna's Concert
Every year we honor a former member of the congregation with a
special afternoon of music we call "Anna's Concert." Held in
October, the concert is free to the public.
